Rates above do not apply to Cannes Film Festival and Conventions, please inquire for these rates. Rental rates do not include linens and towels. A non-refundable 30% deposit is due at reservation, with final payment due 15 days (30days for Christmas booking) prior to arrival.

Change over day:
Usually Sunday, but negotiable.

Rent:
The rent price for the apartment is per week, not per person.

Limitations:
Maximum number of persons occupying the apartment is 4.

Cleaning fee: (90E)
The flat is cleaned before and after your check out by a local professional cleaning company. However, kitchen utensils and dishes are your obligation to clean and place where found.

Refundable damage deposit: (300 Euro)
We shall send you details for a bank transfer or you may send a personal check in your local currency at the equivalent of 300 Euro and airmail it to us. (you can use one of below payment options). We shall keep it here as a guarantee and return it to you provided that there are no damages reported on the inventory report which is carried out by the cleaning company after your departure. You may replace broken glasses or plates before your departure as long as you replace with items of matching quality and appearance but please advise us of this in writing.
PS: International checks expire after 6 months therefore if the period time between the date of issuing your check and the date of your departure turns out to be longer than 6 months, you will then have to replace the check with an updated one prior to your arrival.
PS: If bookings are made for more than 2 weeks then the deposit will be of 400 Euro paid 15 days before arrival.

Bed linen/towels: 30 Euro/person
A voluntary optional extra - rent of a set consisting of bedsheets, pillowcases and towels.

Parking: 18 Euro/per day (approximately)
If you decide to rent a car, you can choose to park your car in the underground supervised parking lot at the Gray D'albion next door to our apartment and pay a daily, weekly, or monthly fee (paid on arrival, at the underground parking lot center). You can park as well at the parking lot next to the train station a block away from us. It is much recommended during peak period where reportedly it's next to impossible to find parking space in the streets and besides it costs money to park in the streets. Very tall cars or very low cars or cars with high roof antennas should be careful when using the parking lot.

Payment:
Total cost for weekly rent, cleaning fee and linen fee to be paid 2 weeks before arrival date.

Payment method options:
Please consult us on the option below before sending any payments.

a) By Bank:
You can transfer the equivalent amount in GBP or US$ to a bank in the US, details shall be advised shortly after we receive your booking.
b) By Personal Check
Airmail a personal check in your local currency to the equivalent of the sum due. Please add
1% to the sum plus the equivalent of 8 Euros to cover a cashing fee at this end. The check should however arrive here at least 2 months before your arrival since the banks allow themselves 1 month for verification.
c) Thru IBAN and BIC code
You can establish a bank transfer (swift) to a French account using an IBAN and BIC code that we highly recommend. For EU citizens with an established account in Euros, an "EU" Payment (a transfer where you advise the IBAN and BIC codes of the receiver to your bank) costs apx. 5 Euro at each end.

Keys: Apx. 2 weeks prior to your arrival date you shall receive an email with details of how to obtain the key.

Check in time: DO NOT check in before arrival date at 1200 hours (12 noon).
Latest arrival time: 1700 hours (5 PM). Dispensation possible upon request.
Departure time: Departure day no later than 11:00 am hours.

Please observe: Smoking not allowed in the apartment but you can smoke outside
in the hallway.
